Angelo Valenton is an internationally recognized social entrepreneur, executive leader, and innovator advancing sustainable energy access, water resources and climate solutions across emerging markets. He is the Founder and CEO of POWER 4 ALL and Earth Lab, two mission-led organizations dedicated to delivering scalable, commercially viable solutions that address energy inequality and environmental resilience. With over 30 years of professional experience spanning industries in fast moving consumer goods, consumer electronics, management consulting, logistics, workforce solutions, training and development, and technology design, Angelo brings a rare combination of strategic depth, operational rigor, and cross-industry perspective. His career has been shaped by extensive exposure to international markets, enabling him to build organizations that operate effectively across complex regulatory, cultural, and economic environments. At POWER 4 ALL, Angelo leads initiatives focused on expanding reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy infrastructure. He views energy access as a fundamental driver of economic growth and social equity—critical to improving livelihoods, education, healthcare delivery, and long-term community resilience. Under his leadership, POWER 4 ALL has become a platform where innovation, technology, and execution converge to deliver real-world impact at scale. Through Earth Lab, Angelo advances climate action by transforming ambitious sustainability goals into measurable outcomes. Earth Lab functions as an innovation and collaboration engine—testing ideas, mobilizing partners, and developing climate solutions that balance environmental impact with economic feasibility. Angelo’s leadership and impact have earned significant international recognition. He is a recipient of the 2025 Stevie Awards, winning Gold for Most Innovative Technology Team and Silver for Sustainability and Climate Change in South Korea. In 2024, he received the International Social Leadership Award from the Social Enterprise Research Academy (SERA) in Hong Kong and was recognized with Innovative Tech Company of the Year by the Asia Corporate Excellence and Sustainability (ACES) Awards in Bangkok. The same year, he was honored with the Business Excellence Leadership Award at the CXO 2.0 Conference in Dubai.
