Thank you Judges for taking the time to review our application, we have included a thank you video below. We appreciate you taking the time out of your busy lives to be part of our happiness movement where we set out to positively impact the lives of one million and one people globally.
Overview
Our founder Belinda- Jane Dolan established Clariti Group as a legacy after losing her mum to Breast Cancer to change the world and make it a positive place in which to live and work. Alongside Anahita Tonkin they have dedicated the last 6 years to developing award winning and impactful leadership and peak performance programs which have supported 50,678 people globally across three continents.
Clariti Group is an award- winning Leadership and Peak Performance Company winning 13 awards. Featuring in Smart Company, Institute of Leaders & Managers, Channel 9 News, ABC Radio domestically and internationally.
Creating happiness globally is our number one priority. Research shows 1 in 5 Australians suffer from a mental health condition. Therefore in 2019 Clariti Group developed Australasia’s first Chief Happiness Officer Corporate Health- Wellness program. A two- day science backed program, grounded in our research and expert input from around the globe. The program was developed to reduce the current level of unhappiness in the work place by providing participants with proven strategies and tools that will directly increase the levels of happiness, motivation, overall mental well- being and economic impact for companies across the globe.
Making A Difference.
Our goal for this program is to educate 25,000 people across the globe by providing this unique science backed professional certificate program we have attached a brochure with more details to our application. The company goal is to impact the lives of one million and one people globally; so far we have reached every target we have set over the last 6 years and still counting. For each program that is sold we will be funding a child's education for one year in Masaka in Uganda.
Concept
We have identified through our research that Australia is the 10th happiest country in the world however 50% of the workforce are not happy in their jobs. With rates of mental health and stress at work on the increase we set about developing an innovative way to reduce these figures. We reviewed data from over 438 studies and researched almost 100 companies all of which is part of a larger PhD study into Happiness in the Workplace. Research by Gallup 2017 indicated that 4 out of 5 respondents stated they would be happier at work if they were better connected with leaders and colleagues. Our program has been designed to increase the levels of connectedness to the organisation, colleagues and customers. Creating strong bonds in workplaces means leaders are 90% more likely to retain their staff.
Value
Now more than ever we need engaged workforce's and brave leaders willing to lead and create engaged happy workplaces. For many of our organisations large and small its an economic imperative. This innovative program is part of the current 4 trillion dollars Health and Wellness Industry. This industry is booming and showing no signs of slowing down either. The well- being industry accounts for over 5% of the output for businesses globally.
Impact
A Gallup poll revealed that 7 out of 10 American workers were not engaged or active in their workplace; equal to $300 billion loss. In Australia 2 out of 3 workers are not happy with their organisational culture. As our populations live longer they want to live a happier life and we intend through our program to make this happen.
Delivery
This innovative program will first role out throughout Australasia in 2019 with plans to launch this across the globe in 2020 to transform workforces.
