These categories will recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional innovation and forward-thinking qualities within their organization or industry beginning of July 2022.
   Nominations that won in the 2024 edition of the awards may be submitted to the same categories in which they won in the 2025 edition if they have been updated. If no updates have been made to the winning nominations they must be submitted to different categories for 2025.

Information to be submitted online for entries in these categories include

a. An essay of up to 625 words describing the nominee's innovative achievements since July 1 2022, OR a video of up to five (5) minutes in length describing the same.
b. Optional (but highly recommended), a collection of supporting files and web addresses that you may upload to our server to support your entry and provide more background information to the judges.

Only professionals in creative fields such as advertising, photography, illlustration, filmaking, etc. should be nominated in this category.
